  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only products purchased directly from our store are eligible for returns.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or washing will not be accepted for a return.
  • Accessories, gift items, and packaging materials must also be returned.

4. Refunds

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
